These are beautiful! #2 is my favorite. Whatever those black marks are on the left (chipped paint? rust?), I love the effect they create – It looks like the bolt is a firing gun. It gives so much motion and activity to what would otherwise be an entirely static shot. This lock was a great find to begin with, but you’ve really made it an IMAGE (a MOMENT) by framing and composing the photo just so. I really, really love this.
(Can you tell that I am still DYING to find other things to talk about besides medicine? Hahaha.)
